The first international test of Honor of Kings: World wrapped on May 27 after a week. English-language impressions highlighted the huge seamless map, casual-friendly single-protagonist combat, and an unusually large content volume for a test build. All alpha progress was reset.
The PC-only closed alpha opened to selected testers in the US, Canada, UK, Germany, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia. The build shipped with complete English text and voice acting; monetization was disabled for the test.
